Product Notices
1. This reagent has been pre-diluted for use at the recommended Volume per Test. We typically use 1 × 10^6 cells in a 100-μL experimental sample (a test).
2. Isotype control is not needed because the antibody has no Fc region.
3. For Research Use Only.
QC Testing:

Flow cytometric analysis of CD116 expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes.
Peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) was stained with Anti-human CD116 Recombinant Antibody (GFP tag). Erythrocytes were lysed with Lysing Buffer. The two-parameter dot plot showing CD116 expression were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scattering characteristics of viable lymphocytes.

Flow cytometric analysis of CD116 expression on human peripheral blood leucocyte populations
Human whole blood was stained with either Control Antibody or Anti-human CD116 Recombinant Antibody (GFP tag). Erythrocytes were lysed with Lysing Buffer. Bivariate pseudocolor density plots showing the correlated expression of CD116 [or control staining] versus side light-scatter (SSC-A) signals were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact leucocyte populations.
Description
CD116 is expressed by a variety of myeloid cell lines, hematopoietic and non-hematopoetic tumor cells, and normal cell types including monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils, eosinophils, myeloid dendritic cells, endothelial cells, fibroblasts, and placental trophoblasts. Lymphocytes are negativefor GM-CSFR expression.
